rich meal coffee machine pool screams children screams
the breakfast by the pool was excellent. the meal was rich, with delicious food. comfortable rooms included a coffee machine, a nice touch..
i found that gets unfortunately ruined by the screams of children.

the spa was excellent. i enjoyed the steam room. the breakfast by the pool was a great way to start the day. it included a rich meal with delicious food.
the minibar juice was expired. it was expired more than four weeks ago. there was a party on the patio downstairs. the music was very loud.

The lunch by the pool was very satisfactory.
The room was a little small for my liking. I expected better attention to detail, considering the hotel classifies itself as 5-star. Some toiletries were omitted by the cleaning staff. They were not delivered after my request.

rude staff distracted team
The room was always cleaned on time and cleaned well I found that acceptable.
The spa staff were rude I did not like that. Also the team around the pool seemed distracted I felt my needs were not met well.

The pool area was a total highlight with great vibes and an excellent pool bar! I really enjoyed the really good staff and delicious drinks, (the cocktails were superb).
